Iowa Caucus Early Results: Buttigieg Holds Lead in Delegates

On Wednesday, Pete Buttigieg held onto his delegate lead in the Iowa caucuses with 75% of precincts reporting. As of 3 p.m. Wednesday, Buttigieg has 26.8% of the state delegate equivalents (SDEs). Sanders has 25.1%, and then Warren has 18.2%.
Biden is in fourth place, with 15.6%, and Amy Klobuchar is fifth, with 12.5%.
The state party is releasing results on a rolling basis after the Iowa Democratic Party said that an app it was using to report precinct results had a coding error. The party stressed that the flaw didn't impact the accuracy of the data that had been collected and said that there has been no sign of hacking.
Campaigning in New Hampshire on Wednesday, Biden called the results a "gut punch."
