Don Coover, the Democratic candidate for Congress in Kansas' 2nd Congressional District, recently toured UA Local 533's training center and met with local union leadership to discuss his commitment to supporting working families. When candidates for office ask for your support, make sure they know what they are asking for. Invite them to your training center and show them exactly what a career in the pipe trades means – and how they can help us if they get elected. Don Coover saw our gold-standard training programs in action, and he listened to our Brothers and Sisters about the issues facing the UA on the ground.
